Dr. Walter OvertonI was just reminded of the time when my darling neighbor, Laura, was on the phone with a friend. She looked out on to her patio and said, “Oh, my son, the doctor, is sunning on the patio.” The friend apologised for the intrusion while trying to rush off the phone. Laura assured her friend that it was quite alright as My Son the Doctor was Dr. Walter Overton, the cat from next door. Laura called me, still laughing.
